Attunement & 21-day Cleanse
The Attunement Process
We will have arranged a mutually agreed upon date and time for you to receive your attunement.
Find a quiet and comfortable place to lie down for approximately 20 minutes or so and where you will not be disturbed. Most people prefer their bed. You may like to use a light cover in case you get chilly. Arrive at the spot you have chosen a few minutes before our agreed upon time. Lie on your back and relax.
Please do not cross your legs at the ankles as we want to ensure there is a clear energy flow. Arms should lie along each side of you on the bed with palms up. Do not meditate, but close your eyes and relax. Know in your mind that you are receiving the attunement I am sending you - just clear and open the mind to it. You will know when it starts and when it ends - each person receives a different experience unique to themselves.
When it is complete, please let me know over the next few days how it went. If you have an animal that would like to join you during the attunement, that is fine. They love the energy! After receiving your attunement, I will e-mail you the course manual for your level.

It brings the body into a state of peace and balance, but can sometimes be a little challenging to go through if not understood.

21-Day Cleanse
The 21-day cycle of cleansing, healing, and purification begins at the moment of your attunement. It will go through the seven chakras three times for a total of 21 days.
Each day focuses on a specific chakra beginning at the root chakra. This is just a general concept, not something written in stone, so you may find your results and experiences differ, however, I have found for most students, it is pretty standard.
You may feel flu-like symptoms, nausea, aches, experience various dreams, old hurts, emotional scars, etc, as the body begins to align and each chakra goes through the cleansing process. The symptoms, although mildly unpleasant at times, are necessary, and should be embraced as a healing. Welcome the cleansing energy, and give thanks. Because this will be right for you and exactly what you need.
I also have students that experience little to nothing, outwardly. We are each unique in this regard.
During this period, take time to be with nature, take long walks, meditate, spend some time in the trees, or at the beach. Renew your connection with nature, notice how it works in cycles, and embrace your own healing cycle.
All of your experiences are important, so you may like to keep a journal.
After receiving your attunement for each degree, ensure you give yourself a full healing treatment every day for the next 21 - 30 days.
